As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant & efficient delivery of operations. Success in this role comes from mastering the balance between challenge and support. You’ll champion operational excellence by holding yourself and others to high standards, while serving as a trusted advisor and partner to the teams you support.

What You’ll Do

• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with local teams and ground handling agents to enhance safety, security, service quality, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead performance reviews, operational assessments, and audits.
• Analyze trends, root causes, and operational risks; develop sustainable corrective actions.
• Act as local focal point for operational projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues at headquarters & across the global network to implement best practices and operational standards.
• Manage supplier performance & foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take over additional tasks when required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, transportation, or a comparable operational environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and solving complex problems.
• Experience working with suppliers, providers, or operational partners.
