Production Manager II
About the role
As a Production Manager II in Oshkosh, WI, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving the success of our manufacturing operations—leading one or more production lines (including volumetric modules, bathroom pods, or wall panels) while building a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, DfMA, Compliance, and Project Management to ensure a seamless transition from design through installation—delivering high-quality, code-compliant products on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more production lines (including volumetric modules, bathroom pods, or wall panels)
- Build a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, DfMA, Compliance, and Project Management to ensure a seamless transition from design through installation
- Ensure high-quality, code-compliant products are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or modular/offsite production with a strong understanding of production planning and execution
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability
- Experience overseeing production lines (e.g., modular units, prefabricated components, or similar) with responsibility for schedule, quality, and cost control
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across functions (Sales, DfMA, Project Management, Compliance) to drive results from design through installation
- Commitment to safety-first leadership and continuous improvement in a manufacturing or construction environment
Qualifications
- Track record of improving processes, stabilizing workflows, and delivering consistent, reliable outcomes in a production setting
- Nice to have: Experience in modular construction, industrialized construction, or Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) environments; Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, production systems, or continuous improvement methodologies; Background working in environments that integrate manufacturing and construction operations (factory + field execution); Exposure to ERP systems, production tracking tools, or data-driven decision-making in operations; Experience scaling operations or supporting rapid growth in a manufacturing or production environment

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $161,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
