About the role
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our fire and water restoration team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands restoration, knows how to manage people and projects, and takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate projects, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restoration production operations
- Lead, train, and hold production crews accountable
- Oversee water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor job progress, budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Ensure proper documentation, communication, and quality control
- Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and customers
- Respond to production issues and help resolve problems quickly
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
- Help develop and improve production processes and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of water and fire restoration processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to lead crews and hold people accountable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to customer service
- Valid driver’s license
- IICRC certifications are a plus

Pay
