Responsibilities
- Direct production and maintenance for about 100 employees across Montello and Wautoma.
- Drive schedule attainment, quality, and cost through lean practices.
- Build a thriving, engaged team culture and influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in manufacturing
- Operations leadership experience
- Lean and 5S experience
- Production scheduling system knowledge
- Strong communicator
Nice-to-Haves
- SYSPRO experience in Operations Management
