Production Manager

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department.
• Visiting work sites, directing and coordinating production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and soliciting new business.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Manage a team and monitor the processes and procedures for job activities performed by the installers.
• Responsible for all aspects of human resources, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00
