Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise approximately 30 production employees to achieve daily production goals.
- Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure products meet quality, safety, and delivery standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track production metrics, analyze data, and prepare operational reports.
- Maintain detailed production records, meeting notes, action items, and archived documentation.
- Partner with experienced production staff to document manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to verify product compliance and improve consistency.
- Resolve shipping and labeling issues to ensure accurate product identification and timely customer deliveries.
- Evaluate employee strengths and assign personnel to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate skill development and cross-training initiatives.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve workflow.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production management or manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience supervising manufacturing teams of 20+ employees preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience developing manufacturing procedures and quality control processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, or business administration. Additional certifications or licenses may be required based on the specific industry and job responsibilities.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
