Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, reliable performance against safety, quality, service, and cost objectives
• Lead daily operations with a focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction
• Identify performance gaps and implement disciplined, data-driven solutions
• Partner cross-functionally to improve equipment reliability, process stability, and throughput
• Leverage data and metrics to guide decision-making and prioritize improvement efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or higher degree preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience required
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment required
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
