Production Manager

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains donut shop operations, including production of quality baked goods according to deadlines.
• Recruits, selects, trains, assigns, schedules, coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Accurately tabulates payroll for back-of-house staff.
• Manages food costs and staff to achieve cost and profit goals.
• Ensures portion control and monitors accuracy of charges.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
• Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, music, and service quality.
• Updates job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.
• Accepts ownership for new and different requests and adds value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications

• Open availability and reliable transportation.
• Fluent English speaker with ability to train staff in English; bilingual in Spanish highly desirable.
• Mastery of Baker I, II, III, and Assistant Production Manager job descriptions.
• Supervisory skills (managing up to 15 people).
• Self-motivated and self-starter with strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resolve conflicts.
