Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of service to customers
• Manage and train all staff in the production department
• Assist in all production operations
• Schedule and manage installation and services
• Collect monies owed to the company by customers
• Continuously train crews, including onsite installation and safety
• Clearly and consistently communicate company policies and procedures
• Schedule and report daily production activities to management
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and inspected daily
• Cultivate the appropriate corporate culture
• Address customers' complaints and concerns as needed
• Install, chop, and drop, and service as needed
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory ordering
• Staff the production department and manage production employees

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about applicable local, state, and federal safety and OSHA programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Experience managing and training staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
