Production Manager

DMV Foundation Solutions is a fast-growing specialty contractor providing foundation repair, waterproofing, and structural solutions to homeowners throughout the region. As we continue to grow, we're investing in the people, systems, and processes that will support the next stage of our success.

Responsibilities

• Own the production pipeline from project handoff through final completion, ensuring projects move efficiently through permitting, purchasing, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules to keep projects progressing without unnecessary delays.
• Maintain clear expectations, promote accountability, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and performance within the production team.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop production personnel as the company continues to grow.
• Review job costs and profitability, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement improvements that strengthen long-term performance.
• Design and improve operational systems that allow the business to scale efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience leading construction operations, production, project management, or field teams.
• Naturally think several steps ahead and solve problems before they become production issues.
• Understand job costing, purchasing, scheduling, and the operational drivers of profitable projects.
• Communicate effectively with crews, vendors, customers, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Foundation repair, concrete, waterproofing, or related construction experience (preferred).
• Spanish language skills (preferred but not required).
