Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager oversees all aspects of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Manage team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving production goals.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
