Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production volume and quality to ensure specifications and performance targets are met.
  • Adjust resources and workflows to improve efficiency and resolve production issues.
  • Review operational metrics such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
  • Manage employee performance in areas including safety, quality, attendance, and overall job performance.
  • Foster positive employee relations and support a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Help develop and implement new processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Supervise staff to ensure production tasks are completed safely and effectively.
  • Support departmental performance while operating within budget requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years of progressive manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $83,600.00 - $151,479.99 (Salary)

Actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
