Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules to consistently meet customer demand and delivery timelines
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality
- Create and maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Lead, coach, and motivate plant employees, fostering a positive, high-performing work environment
- Manage equipment repairs and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 requirements strongly preferred
