About the role
To gain real-world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader
- Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary
- Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance
- Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities
- Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15–30 employees
- Work hands-on in the production area “on-their-feet” about 80% of the shift
Required Qualifications
- Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028
- Major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
Schedule
- Temporary, full-time, hourly position
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- May be eligible for overtime based on business needs
- Possible early morning starts and weekend work as needed

Duration
The summer internship program runs 10–12 weeks and starts in late May and ends in early August.
