Production Management Intern- Summer 2027 (Multiple Locations)- Campus Recruiting

About the role

To gain real-world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader
• Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary
• Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance
• Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities
• Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15–30 employees
• Work hands-on in the production area “on-their-feet” about 80% of the shift

Required Qualifications

• Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028
• Major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred

Schedule

• Temporary, full-time, hourly position
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• May be eligible for overtime based on business needs
• Possible early morning starts and weekend work as needed

Duration
