Production Machinist (Starlink) - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines
• Machining micron level tolerance parts at production volumes
• Maintain maximum machine uptime by troubleshooting off nominal issues
• Resolve alarms, repair tooling, and maintain best practices
• Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings, and/or verbal instructions
• Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 6+ months working in a production environment
• 6+ months experience handling or working with machined hardware

Preferred Skills And Experience

• 2+ years of machining experience
• Experience using pallet systems and cells
• Experience with micron level tolerance parts and how to handle/inspect them
• Experience working with aluminum and copper

Additional Requirements

• Available to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Must be available for 10 hour shifts
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
• Able to stand for extended periods - 8 hours minimum
• Able to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
• Able to work in an environment with repetitive movement, bending or twisting, using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls
• Exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting

Pay And Benefits

• Pay Range: Level 1: $23.00 - $29.00
• Level 2: $28.00 - $34.50
• Level 3: $33.00 - $40.00
