Production Machinist (Day or Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Production Machinist at Valley Machining in Rock Valley, IA. As a Production Machinist, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining precision machinery to create high-quality parts and components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain precision machinery to create high-quality parts and components
• Play a key role in our manufacturing process

Requirements

• No experience necessary - training provided
• A strong background in machining
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Set up and program machines
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in machining is preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow safety procedures

Pay

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule

• Day shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Night shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
