Machinist - Night Shift

About the role

This position is for a night shift Machinist at Aerospace Dynamics International, Inc. (ADI), a company that manufactures machined parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry. The company has received significant capital investments since its acquisition by PCC in April 2014 and has a highly positive growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced ability to set up, run and troubleshoot all site specific CNC and conventional machines and machining processes.
• Work with a variety of CNC and conventional machines.
• Design and manufacture complex tooling.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to lower level machinists.
• Provide assistance and training as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working with a variety of CNC and conventional machines.
• Experience setting up, running, and troubleshooting CNC and conventional machines.
• Experience designing and manufacturing complex tooling.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

Shift Hours: Night shift from 6pm to 6am Monday thru Friday. Additional OT may be available. Hours may vary based on company needs.

Training: Training on weekday day shift will be required for a minimum of 90 days. Weekday day shift hours are from 6am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. Additional OT may be available. Hours may vary based on company needs.
