Production Machine Packer 3rd Shift Sunday to Thursday 11pm - 7am

About the role

PAC Worldwide manufactures packaging materials and supplies packaging automation equipment for some of the world’s top retailers. The Machine Packer is an entry-level position for candidates looking to start a career with a stable company. Machine Packers are responsible for packing and inspecting top-quality bubble mailers and providing feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator. The Packer is the last set of eyes that inspects our finished product, ensuring our customers receive the product they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Pack and inspect bubble mailers to meet quality standards
• Provide feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator
• Interpret stacking diagrams and pack product accordingly
• Maintain commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history (desired)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-player mentality
• Resilience, adaptability, and pride in work
