Production Machine Packer 2nd Shift Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm

About the role

The Machine Packer is an entry-level position for candidates looking to start a career with a stable company. Machine Packers are responsible for packing and inspecting top-quality bubble mailers and providing feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator. The Packer is the last set of eyes that looks at our finished product, ensuring our quality standards are met and customers receive the product they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Pack and inspect bubble mailers to meet quality standards
• Provide feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator
• Interpret stacking diagrams and pack product accordingly
• Lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history (desired)
• Commitment to safety
• Exceptional work ethic and resilience
• Reliability: punctual and consistent attendance
• Team player mentality with a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Pride in work and attention to detail
