Key Responsibilities
- Ensures seed quality by meeting required standards, minimizing cleaning losses and ensuring accuracy of seed treatment.
- Operates packaging line, treats equipment and mixes seed treatment.
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment and ability to make minor repairs.
- Preserves value of seed to minimize loss.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills for measurements and packaging.
- Comfortable working around chemicals and in a dusty environment.
- Able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Prior production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
