Responsibilities

• Run machines that produce parts or products
• Follow written instructions and work orders
• Complete production paperwork
• Load and set up parts on machines
• Remove finished parts from machines using hand tools and air hoses
• Inspect products for defects using measuring tools
• Adhere to company and customer quality standards
• Smooth, sand, or polish metal or plastic parts as required
• Complete labels and paperwork for products
• Pack finished products for shipping
• Maintain a clean work area
• Repair or rework products when necessary
• Cover for coworkers during breaks
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Able to read and understand instructions, safety rules, and work orders
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, measurement)
• Able to complete simple paperwork by hand
• Good hand-eye coordination for quick, accurate movements
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds
