Production Machine Operator

About the role

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing global manufacturing company in Delano, PA. This is a long‑term, full‑time temp‑to‑hire opportunity with immediate hiring and potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous Machine Operator experience is required.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to commute to Delano, PA.

Pay

Starting at $17 per hour.

Schedule

First‑shift Monday to Friday (40+ hours) with overtime possible; Saturdays may be required depending on work volume. No Sunday work.
