Production Machine Operator

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3)
• 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights

Pay

Starting Pay: $21/hour

Job Functions

• Operate and monitor high automated machinery involved in the cutting and packaging of particleboards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
• Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.

Physical Demands

• Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12-hours.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
• Using various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in clear communication.

• Work efficiently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or related field preferred.
