Production/Machine Operator (3rd Shift, Forklift Exp. PLUS)

About the role

As a Production Technician, you will perform tasks essential to the manufacturing of our beverages in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler, packaging, box-forming, and palletizing equipment
• Load packages and containers onto machines
• Supply production lines with raw materials
• Inspect containers for proper filling, seals, and damage
• Move filled containers and packages to storage areas
• Record statistical data and container counts
• Rework damaged product or dispose of waste syrup
• Wash and sanitize equipment between flavor changes
• Perform preventative maintenance and clear equipment jams
• Operate forklifts and conduct equipment inspections
• Maintain full compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Food Safety Management Systems (QMS, EMS, SMS, FSMS)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 0–1 year of general work experience
• Prior warehouse experience is useful
• Ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks or lift product is preferred
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Work Environment

Work is performed primarily on the production floor and involves:

• Repetitive tasks with exposure to moderate noise levels
• Confined spaces and working near moving equipment
• Exposure to wetness, fumes, and hazardous chemicals
• Extreme heat and cold conditions
• Multi-shift operation

Pay

Base pay range: $50,357 – $58,240 USD, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits is offered for this position.
