Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble trailer components according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques to create strong and durable joints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must successfully complete prior required testing based on job skill applying for.
- Must successfully complete a physical evaluation, drug screen and background check prior to beginning work.

Pay
Minimum starting wage of $19.90/hr. Increases in wage to $20.90 at 6 months and to $22.40 at 12 months.
Schedule
A 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
