What You'll Do
- Supervise hourly maintenance technicians.
- This is a hands-on working supervisor role.
- Day to day line support; in-house repair work; PTO scheduling; OT & weekend work scheduling.
- Defining daily tasks and setting directions for the team.
- Interaction with Production and Engineering Groups.
- Develop & maintain proper documentation: procedures; periodic maintenance tasks; equipment changes (electrical, spare parts upgrades, mechanical), etc.
- Maintain spare parts inventory, ordering and managing in tracking system.
- Training and directing the training of junior maintenance associates.
- 3+ years of experience in supervision and leadership.
- 5+ years of extensive experience with trouble-shooting and correcting industrial equipment maintenance - breakdowns and failures.
- Robotic and controls programming skills.
- Proficient in using a CMMS database.
- Open minded, highly flexible, positive attitude.
