Production Line Leader

Description

The Production Line Leader position oversees a production line within an Assembly and Contract Packaging plant, ensuring maximum productivity and quality. Responsibilities include setting up the line, managing inventory, assigning temporary staff, monitoring production flow, troubleshooting, making adjustments, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math functions
• Ability to work independently or within a team

• General fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to interpret instructions
• Physical requirements: stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs intermittently, wear protective equipment

Pay

$19.25 per hour with a 50 cent shift differential for grave shift work (11pm-7am M-F).
