Production Line Lead - 1st Shift

About the Role

System One is hiring a Line Leader II to support 1st shift pharmaceutical packaging operations at a pharmaceutical and biotechnology packaging & clinical supply company in Macungie, PA. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with a pay rate of $20.00 - $24.00/hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate packaging line activities and communicate work orders to the team
• Ensure accurate, timely batch record documentation (GMP)
• Monitor line performance, quality, and safety; escalate personnel/production issues as needed
li>Support changeovers, startups, clean checks, and daily task completion
• Help train peers and assist with production metrics and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Pharma (or related) inspection experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree with 3–5 years of pharma packaging experience (or equivalent)
• Prior leadership experience required
• Strong documentation skills; proficient with Excel/Word
• Must pass GMP assessment during orientation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
