Production Line Lead 1st Shift

About the role

Responsible for leading production line operations in a first shift capacity. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality control protocols and standards.
• Optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Resolve issues and conflicts among team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

First shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday work.
