Position Responsibilities
- Ensure that production employees are instructed and trained in the care and safe operations of equipment.
- Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials.
- Preform continuous inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition.
- Promote positive relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
- May occasionally work in place of employees out sick, on vacation, etc.
- Plan and adjust work assignments of personnel to cover all phases of production.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
- Complete AIB Master Baker Correspondence Course.
Essential Job Requirements
- Two (2) or more years experience in all areas of plant production work.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years experience in all areas of plant production work.
Salary Range
$29.65/hour
