The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. First, I need to identify the sections. The posting has: - "About Us (and Our Exciting Future)" - company description - "About The Opportunity" - this seems to be the role description with duties - Then a list of "Level Required Level Desired" with "High school diploma or equivalent" and "Welding Certification" - More company description (two companies, one vision) - EEO statement (boilerplate, should be removed) Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits - Use

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading (page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions - Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences Now, let's parse the content. The posting starts with "Menasha Corporation Employees, please log-in to your Workday account to apply for positions." This is application instruction, should be removed. Then "About Us (and Our Exciting Future)" - this is company description. Could be a section "About the Company" or similar. But the allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Us" is not in that list. However, the rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". The "e.g." suggests these are examples, but we should use appropriate headings. The user says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It might be that we should only use those specific headings? But the posting has "About Us" and "About The Opportunity". "About The Opportunity" likely maps to "About the role". "About Us" could be "About the Company" but not in the list. However, the rule says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The company description is substantive. But the allowed headings are limited? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It says "e.g.", so we can use other headings? But the user might expect only those. However, the posting has "About Us" and "About The Opportunity". I think we should map "About The Opportunity" to "About the role". The "About Us" could be a separate section, but maybe we can include it as part of "About the role" or as a separate heading? The rule says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is not given in the text, but presumably the page shows it. The text doesn't have a job title explicitly. The first line is about employees logging in. Then "About Us". Then "About The Opportunity". Then a list of duties. Then "Level Required Level Desired" with two items. Then more company description. Then EEO. We need to extract substantive content. Let's break down: 1. "About Us (and Our Exciting Future)" - paragraph about Menasha Corporation, two businesses, employees, etc. This is company background. 2. "About The Opportunity" - then a list of bullet points (though not formatted as bullets, but lines). These are responsibilities/duties. 3. "Level Required Level Desired" - then "High school diploma or equivalent" and "Welding Certification". This seems like requirements/qualifications. 4. Then another company description: "Two companies, one vision. Menasha Corporation consists of two companies..." This is more company info. 5. EEO statement - boilerplate, remove. Also, the first line "Menasha Corporation Employees, please log-in to your Workday account to apply for positions." - application instruction, remove. Now, we need to structure into sections. The allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: - Company description (About Us) - not in list. Could we use "About the role"? No, that's for the role. Maybe we can create a section "About the Company"? But the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It might be that we should only use those exact headings. However, the example includes "About the role". The posting has "About The Opportunity" which is essentially about the role. The "About Us" is about the company. The rule says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The company description is real content. But if we cannot use a heading not in the list, maybe we should omit it? But the rule says "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we must include it. Perhaps we can put it under "About the role"? That would be weird. Or maybe we can use a heading "About the Company" even if not in the list? The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". The "e.g." suggests these are examples, not an exhaustive list. But the user might have a specific set of headings they want. However, the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can create sections as needed. I think we should include the company description as a section, maybe "About the Company". But to be safe, I'll use "About the role" for the opportunity section, and perhaps "Company Overview" for the About Us. But the user didn't list that. Let's see the example: they gave a list of possible headings. The posting has "About Us" and "About The Opportunity". I'll map "About The Opportunity" to "About the role". The "About Us" could be a separate section, but maybe we can combine the two company descriptions into one "About the Company" section. However, the rule says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading". The job title is not in the text. So we can ignore. Let's structure: - Section: About the role (from "About The Opportunity") - but the content under "About The Opportunity" is a list of duties. That might be better as "Responsibilities". Actually, "About The Opportunity" introduces the role, then lists duties. The duties are responsibilities. So we could have "About the role" with a brief intro, then "Responsibilities" with the list. But the text under "About The Opportunity" is just the list. There's no prose intro. The heading "About The Opportunity" is followed directly by the list. So we could make "Responsibilities" section with the list. - The "Level Required Level Desired" with two items: that's requirements/qualifications. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The items are "High school diploma or equivalent" and "Welding Certification". That's education and certification. So "Qualifications" or "Requirements". I'll use "Qualifications". - The company description appears twice: first under "About Us", then later "Two companies, one vision." They are similar but not identical. We should combine them into one "About the Company" section. - No mention of Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Skills. So we don't create those sections. - Remove EEO, application instruction. Now, we need to output HTML fragment with

    and

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Welding Certification
That seems comprehensive. Note: The "Level Required Level Desired" might indicate required vs desired, but the text just lists two items without labeling which is required vs desired. It says "Level Required Level Desired" then "High school diploma or equivalent" and "Welding Certification". Could be both required? We'll just list them. Also, the first line "
