Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.

• Cookordinate and assign tasks to team members to optimize workflow.

• Effectively communicate with team members and plant leadership to ensure smooth operations and address concerns.
• Identify and resolve problems to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education-Experience Required: Supervisory experience preferred. 2-5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or training.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Physical fitness to perform required tasks.
