The Production Lead - Plumber position at Champion Homes is responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and managing a team of plumbers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee plumbing projects from start to finish
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations
- Manage a team of plumbers to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople
- Perform site inspections and provide feedback on project progress
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in plumbing construction
- Valid state plumbing license
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing projects
