About the role
The Production Lead position is available for a night shift at our Orlando location, covering Sunday through Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors in running production in an efficient and productive manner
- Assist in managing the designated department (flat or terry)
- Maintain production standards and quality of bins
- Segregate bins by hotel and keep the department clean
- Adhere to safety protocols and enforce safety measures
- Take inventory for customers as needed
- Lead and motivate team members
- Review and understand company SOPs
- Perform other duties as requested by immediate supervisor and/or management group
Requirements
- High school equivalent or related experience in field
- Attention to detail
- Able to respond to basic verbal commands
- Aptitude for working with numbers
- Flexible schedule mandatory
- Laundry experience
Qualifications
- Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in production: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Shift availability: Night shift (required), Overnight shift (required)
