Production Lead

One of our manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a production leader to support a facility expansion and growing production team in Redmond, OR. This individual will help oversee operators, drive day-to-day execution, and support the development of manufacturing processes and operations as the site continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Support the expansion and operational readiness of a growing manufacturing facility.
• Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and training to production operators while helping build a strong team culture as the organization continues to scale.
• Assist with the development of SOPs, production documentation, and best practices to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Monitor daily manufacturing activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive execution of production objectives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the production organization.

Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of GMP requirements, production documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience training, mentoring, or providing day-to-day guidance to production operators.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to manufacturing operations.
• Ability to support facility expansion, operational readiness, and process implementation.

Pay

$100,000-$120,000 + Bonus
