Production Lead

About the role

As a Production Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing resources, coordinating with other departments, and providing guidance to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process from start to finish
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management software

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

The Production Lead works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
