About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in keeping the team, equipment, and quality on track. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and stay calm and adaptable when the unexpected happens.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support your team, communicating clear goals and deadlines to keep production running smoothly and at capacity.
- Monitor team performance and daily metrics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure every finished product meets quality standards.
- Champion a safe work environment and train new team members.
- Collaborate across departments to keep safety, quality, and production information flowing throughout the facility.
Requirements
- One to three years of production experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid hand tool knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with machines such as layup, consolidator, waterjet, trim, and/or press.
- Proficiency with weights, measurements, and basic math.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Sharp eye for detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Strong communication skills to escalate issues clearly and keep the team aligned.
