Production Lead

About the role

This full-time maintenance role involves performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across a facility, including installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical and electrical systems such as pumps, conveyors, hydraulic and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Documenting work
• Operating maintenance tools and heavy equipment
• Understanding schematics
• Adhering to safety policies to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• At least 4 years of maintenance experience
• Minimum of 2 years in electrical troubleshooting, control voltages, and VFDs
• Basic computer skills
• Planning experience
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in elevated or outdoor conditions
• Ability to communicate in English

Skills

• Forklift operation
• Leadership
• Experience with CMMS software such as SAP
• Technical repair or calibration expertise
