Production Lead

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Works closely with production supervisors to provide leadership to production teams.
• Trains new and existing employees through formal training processes and systems.
• Recommends and/or influences corrective actions.
• Administers coaching conversations.
• Manages teams not limited to production, time and attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Understands and translates productivity and efficiency goals to production teams.
• Maintains visual boards with KPI's by department.
• Participates and trains production teams on safety and quality programs and initiatives.
• Led continuous improvement projects.
• Creates and fosters a positive, inclusive, and dynamic culture that aligns with Gibraltar brand values.

Education And/or Experience

• High School Diploma
• 1-year leading in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

• RFS Scanners
• Proficient with SAP or an equivalent ERP system

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on the manufacturing floor.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, fumes, oil, or other outdoor elements.
• Regular standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time.
• Climbing stairs/ladders, squatting, sitting, operating machinery, and may require lifting to 50lbs, and must be able to wear PPE as required.
