Production Lead 3rd Shift

About the role

The Bakery Leader position on the 3rd shift at Nestlé USA‑Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is a working leadership role that provides day‑to‑day tactical oversight on the production floor. It is a developmental role with a path to Production Supervisor or other functional leadership positions, focusing on learning processes, ensuring safety and quality, and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Set an example for safety, product quality, and line performance.
• Provide coaching for success and motivate team members.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Perform sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality checks per policy.
• Actively participate in prevention and correction of quality‑related errors.
• Facilitate handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and Production Management.

Requirements

• Food manufacturing with production floor experience preferred.
• Experience in a Continuous Improvement environment, Lean manufacturing, or TPM preferred.

Pay

Starting rate of pay: $34.24 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift. Bonus eligibility: Yes.

Schedule

3rd shift: 5:20 pm – 5:30 am, 12‑hour shifts.
