About the Role
To support the Rotational Molding team and contribute to the efficient operation in the manufacturing, assembly, and supply of rotational-molded products to the highest quality, while achieving the corporate goals of the company.
$2,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Follow safe work practices and procedures, ensuring a “safety first” culture in every task
- Mold plastic parts using a rotational-molding machine
- Perform concrete and foaming of roto-molded parts
- Apply graphics to roto-molded parts
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Package finished goods ready for shipment
- Assist with routine maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating suggestions to supervisors
- Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
- Cooperate with other staff, supervisors, and managers
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license
