About the Role

To support the Rotational Molding team and contribute to the efficient operation in the manufacturing, assembly, and supply of rotational-molded products to the highest quality, while achieving the corporate goals of the company.

$2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and procedures, ensuring a “safety first” culture in every task
• Mold plastic parts using a rotational-molding machine
• Perform concrete and foaming of roto-molded parts
• Apply graphics to roto-molded parts
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections
• Package finished goods ready for shipment
• Assist with routine maintenance of equipment
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating suggestions to supervisors
• Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
• Cooperate with other staff, supervisors, and managers
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
