Production Laborer

We are seeking hardworking and ambitious Production Associates for our plant in Blue Ridge Summit, PA. About the Role

Production Associates perform hands-on work, primarily outdoors, to support production demand while maintaining plant housekeeping. The role involves exposure to inclement weather, dusty conditions, and physically demanding tasks such as shoveling material, unplugging chutes, and cleaning plant areas. Associates also assist in routine plant maintenance, including equipment repairs, patching chutes, changing screens, and cleaning bins and ductwork. Operation of mobile equipment like bobcats, front-end loaders, dump trucks, and vacuum trucks is required (training provided). Safety compliance is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support production demand while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including snow, rain, heat, and cold.
• Shovel piles of material, unplug chutes, and clean areas around crushers, elevators, and conveyors.
• Assist in routine plant maintenance, including basic repairs and equipment upkeep.
• Operate mobile equipment such as bobcat skid steers, front-end loaders, dump trucks, and vacuum trucks (training provided).
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds plant safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Heavy industrial manufacturing or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa support.

• Starting pay: $24.75/hour.
• Shift differential: $1.10/hour for overnight shifts.
