Production Laborer

Responsibilities

• Learning various machine operation duties
• Basic Duties Include:
• Machine operation
• Load/unload parts
• Wash parts
• Assemble parts
• Inspect parts
• Move materials
• Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor
• Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include:
• Read job orders
• Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
• Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
• Enter data into computer systems
• Perform manual production duties
• Wear personal protective equipment as required
• Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
• Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
• Auxiliary Duties Include:
• Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand job orders
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

The starting wage is $12.37 per hour.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm.
