Production Laborer

Schedule

Monday – Friday. Start times vary from 4:30 am to 6:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Clean and oil forms in preparation for pouring concrete.
• Place reinforcing bars, lifting hooks, and inserts.
• Use various concrete tools, such as rakes, screeds, trowels, and vibrators.
• Clean up beds and surrounding areas.
• Perform maintenance as required.
• Assist in stripping cured product of beds.
• Patch and finish top surfaces of concrete using tools and water to create the desired texture.
• Operate equipment such as sandblasters, saws, and trucks.
• Work from drawings, samples, specifications, customer requirements, and/or other special instructions.
• Inspect finished concrete, patch holes, and remove any imperfections.

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing/walking for long periods, bending, squatting, lifting/carrying up to and exceeding 50 lb).
• Comfortable climbing tall ladders and working at elevated levels.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
