Production/Installation Specialist
About the role
Production/Installation Specialists work in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for various business applications. The role involves working within a fully equipped sign production area, using top-of-the-line sign-making equipment to cut printed graphics and apply products to substrates. Specialists also perform field installations on vehicles, building interiors, and exteriors, using ladders or mechanical lift systems. Attention to detail and adherence to work orders for custom orders are critical.
Comprehensive training in all aspects of the position will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Cut printed graphics using wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades.
- Apply products to substrates.
- Perform installations on vehicles, building interiors, and exteriors using ladders or mechanical lift systems.
- Maintain careful attention to detail by following work orders for custom orders.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Close attention to accuracy and detail.
Pay
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Monthly bonus based on completed jobs.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends.
