Work Schedule

12 hr shift/days
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance

Environmental Conditions

  • Adequate adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed
  • Fluctuating Temps hot/cold
  • Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
  • No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Standing for full shift

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for long periods
  • Operating machinery
  • Handling materials

Basic Qualifications

  • Basic math skills including the use of formulas, decimals, and fractions required
  • Knowledge of simple measuring devices
  • Ability to stand for a 12-hour period
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to wear a respirator
  • High School Diploma OR GED Required
  • 1+ years of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of machinery is preferred
  • Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred

Pay

$21.69/hr

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $20.00–$22.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
