Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools
- Frame floors and walls
- Install electrical systems
- Apply finishes
- Construct roofs
- Install siding, windows, and doors
- Perform painting tasks
- Collaborate with team members
- Comply with safety regulations
- Complete other assigned tasks
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
- High school diploma preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and noisy environments
- Willingness to wear protective gear
