Production Home Assembler

Responsibilities

• Operating hand and power tools such as saws, routers, nail guns, drills, and measuring tools
• Constructing and framing floors, walls, and roofs
• Installing electrical systems, siding, windows, doors, and fixtures
• Finishing interiors with drywall, mud, and texture, as well as painting
• Promoting teamwork, adhering to safety standards, and performing additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; high school diploma preferred
• Basic construction knowledge and tool proficiency
• Attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and troubleshooting abilities

Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

• Exposure to heat, cold, noise, and outdoor environments
• Use of protective equipment
• Walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and other physical activities
• Regular communication and safety awareness while working around equipment
