Meet directly with hiring managers, learn about our company, and interview for manufacturing careers. On-the-spot interviews will be conducted with candidates who have completed an employment application, and qualified candidates may receive conditional offers of employment the same day.

Starting pay: $20.50 per hour
Schedule

Overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts may be required based on production schedules and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components in a manufacturing environment.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
- Work as part of a team to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right candidates.
- Quality Inspectors: 2+ years of incoming inspection, supplier quality, or manufacturing quality experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
