Production Helper

Responsibilities
- Load correct stock onto conveyor belts.
- Enter stock information into the information systems and on written logs/records.
- Clip bands/wires on baled broke or stock.
- Cleaning the tanks/chests.
- Prepare pulper for new batch of stock.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Industrial experience, helpful
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to learn basic computer programs; e-mail, scanning, data entry
- Must be willing and able to work any shift arrangement and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- Pass Power Truck Certification, and safely operate power trucks

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $25.64 to $31.44, based on factors such as industrial experience, previous paper manufacturing experience and overall qualifications. This role includes shift differentials of 7.5% for 2nd shift and 10% for 3rd shift and offers a progressive pay structure. Overtime is compensated at time and a half after 8 hours in a day, all day Saturday, and double time on Sunday.
Schedule
This is an entry-level, rotating-shift position within our manufacturing line of progression.
